How do you build a brand architecture around an established sub-brand?

The Heights District, a unique live, work & play destination, needed a consistent brand website to attract visitors, residents, and businesses to the district. At the same time, its flagship property Armature Works, was missing a connection to its broader community, overshadowing the broader vision of the District. 

We gave each brand a role in the other’s ongoing story. The District was positioned as the gateway to another side of Tampa, with Armature Works as the centerpiece of this evolving vision. Each site retained a unique user experience, catered to its respective audiences, while unifying connective elements like the neighborhood’s history and retail offerings.
